Welcome to Vetoshelath ("Company", "We", "Our", "Us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our SaaS Platform, including our Clinic Dashboard, CRM, and WhatsApp Automation services. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Vendor" or "Subscriber": Refers to the veterinary clinic, hospital, or medical practice utilizing our software to manage operations.
• "Patient" or "End-User": Refers to the customers of the Vendor (e.g., Pet Parents) interacting with the platform via WhatsApp or Booking Forms.
• "Service": The operational dashboard, WhatsApp bots, and data storage provided by Vetoshelath.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Policies

Our platform acts as a technical provider for the WhatsApp Business API (Meta). By using Vetoshelath, you acknowledge that:

• You must comply with WhatsApp's Commerce Policy.
• Vetoshelath is not responsible for service disruptions caused by Meta/WhatsApp servers (e.g., global outages).
• Messaging Costs: Any conversation charges levied by Meta for WhatsApp Business API usage are the responsibility of the Vendor, and will be billed according to your subscription tier.
• Meta reserves the right to block numbers that violate their spam policies. We provide tools to manage automation, but the content sent is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.

4. AI & Automation Disclaimer

Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) for intent detection, chat responses, and scheduling.

• Not Medical Advice: Automated responses are for administrative convenience only. The AI cannot diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication without doctor validation.
• Emergency Handling: While our system attempts to flag urgent keywords (e.g., "bleeding", "emergency"), it is not a replacement for emergency services. Patients are advised to call directly in life-threatening situations.

5. Data Privacy & Isolation

We implement strict Vendor Isolation protocols. Data regarding your patients, appointments, and financial records is cryptographically separated and is not accessible by other Vendors using the platform. We do not sell your patient data to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Vetoshelath be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of data or profits, arising out of the use of the automated system.
