Because our platform serves both **Vendors** (Doctors/Clinics) and **End-Users** (Patients/Pet Parents), we distinguish between the data collected for each group.
2. Information We Collect
A. Vendor (Clinic) Data
To provide our SaaS dashboard and automation services, we collect:
- Business details (Clinic Name, Address, Branding assets).
- Account credentials (Email, Encrypted Passwords).
- WhatsApp Business API credentials (WABA ID, Phone Number Linked via Meta).
- Staff details (Names, Roles, Working Hours).
B. Patient (End-User) Data
To facilitate bookings and automation, we process:
- Contact information (Phone Number via WhatsApp, Name).
- Patient details (Name, Age, Medical History notes provided by the Vendor).
- Appointment history and chat logs.
3. Third-Party Data Sharing
We do not sell data to advertisers. However, to function, our platform integrates with specific third-party providers:
Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp)
Since this is a WhatsApp-first platform, all chat messages, appointment confirmations, and media sent via our system are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using our service, you acknowledge that message content passes through Meta's servers subject to their Data Processing Terms.
4. Data Security & Isolation
- Vendor Isolation: We use strict logical isolation (Row-Level Security) to ensure that one clinic cannot access the patient data, revenue, or appointment details of another clinic.
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive credentials (like passwords) are hashed before storage.
5. User Rights
Vendors: You may request an export of all your clinic data (CSV format) or request account deletion via the Admin Panel.
Patients: Please contact the specific Clinic or Doctor you interacted with to request data deletion, as they are the primary Data Controller for your patient records.
